The nights are drawing in, and there is a definate chill in the air, even more reason to stay indoors and Pole :)


We have been very busy over the last few weeks bringing you new classes to our timetable, and even more to come. You can keep up to date with all the latest news by joining us on our FB page or signing up to our weekly text service, details of both at the end of this newsletter.


So whats new with us?


We are pleased to announce we will be starting classes Ambleside this coming Monday 14th November, these will take place at the University of Cumbria (Ambleside campus Charlotte Mason building) at 5.30pm-6.30pm, there is a taster session on the 14th and following this an additional 4 weeks beginner course teaching the basic fundimentals of Pole.

This course is suitable for all new beginners looking to take up pole fitness, no strength required and all are welcome to attend, Booking is essential for these sessions as places are limited.

Pound Fitness Wednesday's 6pm Windermere Catholic Church Hall (nr the Clock Tower)


This is a fantastic new session using drumming to workout, it has taken the States by storm and now we are pleased to bring it to Cumbria, with Ailsa at the helm and some fantastic tunes to release your inner rock god/goddess this workout is guarenteed to make you smile.

Pole classes in Windermere.


We are working hard at the moment to bring you a new perminent home to Pole fitness classes in Windermere, having spent the past couple of weeks setting up poles and tweaking the last few adjustments we are nearly there, I can't wait to start teaching at this fabulous new venue :)

We again thank you for your patience over the last few weeks and will be sending out messages over the next week to invite you to come and join us for our first classes held there, please make sure you add yourself to our weekly text to stay up to date or again join us on our FB page for the latest news on these classes. Finally as we are aware the weather in our area can be cruel at best at this time of year, please make sure you have given your mobile number to your instructor so we can contact you if the weather prevents us holding a class if the travel situation becomes dangerous through Snow or flooding, we know you ladies and gents are willing to travel but your safety is our priority and we would not expect you to risk it.

Likewise if you are unable to attend a session please try and give us 24hr notice so we can offer your place to anyone on the waiting list.
