The beginner course is 5 weeks, you will learn the basic hand grip, 6 tricks and floor work, as well as strengthening and flexibility exercises.  Once you have completed the beginner course you can move on to the 5 week beginner plus course where you will learn more hand positions and pre-choreographed routines.

You can then join any of the intermediate and advanced groups where you will learn more hand positions, many more tricks, including inverting and routines-both pre-choreographed and free styling.

Each beginner course is limited to 12 people to allow everyone maximum pole time.

We run beginner courses starting throughout the year. 1-1 or private group lessons and visits to a suitable venue of your choice are also available by arrangement. Contact us now for more information.
